点评：On our road trip back from Delhi to Hyderabad, we decided a pitstop at Bandhavgarh, as Google Maps was recommending us to take Noida > Agra > Etawah > Chitakoot > Maihar > Katni > Nagpur. We called Deepti to help us book a place for the night and an evening safari. With just 2 calls and some WhatsApp exchange (primarily for Photo ID's) she booked us at a phenomenonal property called Tiger's Den the landscape of which took me back to my childhood days spent in the tea plantations of Assam, and also got us an evening safari, where we spotted 2 Tiger cubs, beside out animals.
There are tour operators, then there are wildlife operators,and then there are Naturalist.....Deepti is of the THIRD kind. She remembers all your prior bookings, and any suggestions made - keeping that in mind, checks your current needs and time available, basis which makes a recomendstion that one cannot deny or reject. Call it luck or nature of people in Bandhavgarh - the entire crew in resort and in the safari we interacted with are true example of "ATITHI DEVO BHAVA"
Best part - Deepti is always reachable, always helpful and always sporting a SMILE.
