点评:This was sooo good for as long as it lasted for me.
From landing in Phuket until leaving, pretty much everything is taken care of - airport transfer, a FULL-on training plan, bespoke meal plan, choice of accomodation on the soi so you're never more than walking distance to the next session or activity. All you have to do is show up, and give it your best.
The sessions are really varied overall, from sessions in various gyms to improve cardio, strength, endurance, muay thai, yoga, hill climbs, beach workouts. Jon and the assistant coches are with you in every session, encouraging, pushing you to give a little more, helping with form and technique, and twice-weekly PT sessions with Sean were excellent at highlighting posture / imbalances / and any other area that may have been holding you back, perhaps without you even knowing it, with exercises to help improve and correct them.
My own experience was hampered by an injury picked up in the second week, but even considering that, I wouldn't hesitate to return to have another crack and give my fitness another kick-start.
