Beautiful Resort, But Guest Experience Could Improve
Alora Beach Resort的点评
点评：We visited Alora Beach Resort as a family for 3 days and booked two rooms. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
The resort has a beautiful setting, and the beach and pool areas provide a nice atmosphere for relaxation. Having two rooms made our stay comfortable and gave everyone enough space.
There were, however, some areas that could be improved, particularly when it comes to the guest experience and organisation around the pool areas. As paying in-house guests, we expected to feel fully accommodated and have reasonable access to seating without feeling that outside guests or reserved areas were being prioritised over us.
The staff were generally courteous, but the resort could do better in ensuring that its in-house guests feel valued and properly taken care of throughout their stay.
Overall, Alora Beach Resort has a lot of potential and is a lovely place for a family getaway ❤️❤️
