点评：Fun wise good, but the staff was not good.
Last sunday i visit here with my family, in 2 games i put coins after pressing start button, it don't goes start, my money is waste in that game and my husband go to find team member to solve the problem, but no one come and after that we played bowling and do so much fun. At the end, we put tickets in the machine and go to reception for collecting my gift from tickets and the tickets point is 738 and then we told them to give us a mug which have 655 points and give some candies or lollypops for my kid, but they told us we don't have same mug, so we give another mug to you which is already have in 840 points and we don't give any lollypop to you then they create a scene because they refuse us to give lollypop as it is their fault, if product is available in display, then why you told us we don't have same mug and if you can't give it from display then its not our fault, they don't have to showcase in their display.
This shows that they create scams to give only little gifts and giving gifts by there own wish to there customers, so do not expect big and expensive gifts from tickets.
My baby is cried a lot when she don't get a lollypop and we don't visit again here because this type of incident was also done last year .
