Bluebell Dairy Farm的点评
点评：I come to Bluebells a lot with my little ones but never again.
Please don't think it's about the product, it's not but the way they treat their staff.
Today I have heard a young girl who must only be about 16 be yelled at by another woman in a marquee. I didn't see what happened but everyone around could hear. The poor kid walked out obviously upset and tearful and I was so disappointed as I have seen her before and she has been so good with my autistic son making sure he is included in events. He loves to see her whenever we
come and we come every time you run events.
This poor kid had to walk through the public areas and has left site, I was so worried I went out to the car park to make sure she was ok when someone picked her up.
If you are going to yell at someone don't be so unprofessional as to do it in public. It's obvious you treat your staff like your animals. BADLY.
I have seen this woman do it so many times and I teel so bad for the kids that work there, as I guess they don't get paid much. If I were this young girl who was a credit to your farm I would walk away and never come back.
I know I won't be.
Start treating your staff with some respect. They are the ones that make public come back. It's not your events where you con people with overpriced pumpkins or cheap Christmas gifts. It’s the young people who go the extra mile to make children feel included and happy that give you a decent name. I hope that you are willing to offer that young lady an apology, as you should be setting an example. SHAME ON YOU.
