点评：We booked a semi private saona island tour. We were told 55min to the boat took 4hrs to get to boat. Was supposed to be catamaran both ways but was only one way. And nothing was like they explained. Was supposed to be approximately 12 people was at least 30plus on boat. Their idea of open bar is rum and Pepsi in tiny Dixie’s size cups. The beach was ok at best. Our resort beach was much nicer and free. Staff were not that friendly and did bare minimum.
We booked through a man named Jonathan Cosme . I attempted to contact him after the trip to ask why we were sent on a version of trip we specifically said we didn’t want. He ghosted us. I would have rathered a fake apology over being ghosted
Use a different tour operator ,it was horrible for so many reasons I don’t even know where to start.
They also seem to run a lot of the pages that appear to be resort pages. Because they blocked me from our Hotel Facebook page. The Facebook reviews seem to be fake to gain business. Be cautious on what reviews you use to make your decision.
We have traveled to DR a bunch of times doing many excursions. This was our worst experience ever.
