点评:We have done it both ways: hiked the way up, hitchhiked the way down. We are 2 adults in our midforties in what you would call normal shape (think corporate employees, 1-2 times per week in gym and not too sedentary) and of no particular hiking skills. It took us something like 80 mins to do the hike. It is not an easy one, but it is interesting and definitely doable. Advice: take good hiking boots, it is slippery and the rocks occasionally require good grip. You would not fall to your death, but you can certainly break few bones. If it rains (or just rained), don’t go, you will survive it, but definitely hate it. Also, do look for the T sign - in some parts the path is not obvious.
The drive: it is short and nothing extraordinary. You don’t need any special driving skills, there are few turns, but if you reached this point in Norway, you have definitely seen worse. It is also very short drive - 10 mins or so. View is great. Definitely worth the drive - if you are not fan of hiking probably not worth the hike.
