点评:We recently had the pleasure of attending the inaugural Spring Lantern Festival at Noccalula Falls in Gadsden, Alabama, and were delighted by the perfect weather for a leisurely stroll along the lantern-lined trail. The event is undoubtedly worth experiencing firsthand. However, those planning to utilize ride-sharing services to avoid parking concerns may want to reconsider. Despite our own decision to do so, we encountered significant difficulties securing a ride back to our vehicle at the restaurant in downtown Gadsden, with a 45-minute wait yielding no results. Furthermore, our attempt to contact the local taxi service was met with the unfortunate news that they ceased operations at 8:00 p.m. Fortunately, the staff at the gift shop (Angie, Donna and Dana) demonstrated exceptional kindness and helpfulness, going above and beyond to assist us. Following a phone call to the park manager Shelly, a solution was expedited, and one of the park employees, Adam, courteously drove us back to our vehicle. This experience highlights the significant impact of kindness and excellent customer service. We extend our gratitude to the ladies at the gift shop and Adam for their assistance! (We'd probably still be walking back to the downtown area if it wasn't for all of you!) 😉🛻
