点评:The Biomuseo is a must-see in Panama City. You don't need to book tickets in advance and for those of us limited in Spanish, the staff we interacted with were all fully bilingual. We showed up about 10:30am on a Sunday in October and there was a small group of kids and a few families and couples. We took an Uber from Casco Viejo but plenty of people ride bikes or walk down the Amador Causeway, you can't miss the building. The entrance is $20 for visitors, which is pricey compared to the rest of Panama's non-tour activities, but worth it.
The museum is a mix of interactive, video, and classic reading exhibits. There are docents in each of the half-dozen sections ready to answer any questions. We spent just under 2 hours and there were still exhibits to see. Be sure to enjoy the Panamarama experience!
The cafe has good smoothie and snack options but the gift store is incredibly small, which was surprising. There are great views of the city and bay for big ships heading to the canal.
