点评：Depotet in Rønne is one of those places you almost don’t want to tell too many people about – because you’d rather keep it to yourself.
The food is spot-on. Not just good – genuinely delicious, thoughtful, and made with care. The menu strikes that rare balance between laid-back and focused on quality and taste
The selection of local drinks is equally impressive – craft beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options full of personality and local character. You can tell someone has put real thought into sourcing the best of what Bornholm has to offer. On top prices are reasonble.
And then there are the owners. They bring exactly the right vibe: warm, down-to-earth, clearly passionate, and great at creating the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours.
Bottom line: Depotet is a gem in Rønne. Go there – but don’t tell too many people I sent you 😉.
