瓦尔加迪纳的点评
点评：Today ,during our ski trip in Val Gardena, in the Seceda area, we stopped for lunch at Seceda Restaurant in Italy. Unfortunately, while we were having lunch, our skis worth over €1,000 (model- Rossignol Hero Masters M17) were stolen.
The ski resort is fully covered by cameras – at ski lifts, turnstiles, and entrances. Every pass through a turnstile is recorded and linked to a specific name. Despite this, and despite immediately reporting the incident to both the police and the lift operators, there was very little willingness from either side to seriously investigate the case, even though identifying the thief should have been possible.
The camera footage shows a woman wearing a white jacket and zebra-patterned pants, which is very distinctive clothing. Still, no effective action was taken. We were even told that several pairs of skis had “gone missing” on the same day, suggesting this was not an isolated incident.
This experience completely ruined our stay. I do not recommend either Seceda Restaurant or the Val Gardena – Seceda ski area, especially due to poor security and the lack of responsibility and interest in resolving thefts, even when clear evidence and technical systems are available.
