So Much More Than Just Shopping – Plan for a Full Day

点评：I visited Opry Mills while my husband was attending his conference nearby, and it ended up being a great way to spend the day.
This is a large outlet mall with plenty to see and do — definitely not a quick stop. Expect to spend most of your day here if you really want to explore it all. There are tons of brand-name outlet stores, major retailers, and something for just about everyone.
The food options are excellent. There’s a full food court with lots of variety, plus several well-known sit-down restaurants if you’d rather relax and take a break. We were pleasantly surprised to even find bourbon tastings available, which felt very “Nashville” and made the visit even more fun.
One of the big highlights is Bass Pro Shops — it’s huge and worth walking through even if you’re just browsing. There’s also a merry-go-round inside the mall, which adds a fun touch for families.
Another fun stop was the Madame Tussauds Nashville wax museum. It’s right inside the mall and makes for a great experience if you want something beyond shopping. The figures are impressive and it’s a fun way to mix entertainment into your day.
Overall, Opry Mills is clean, lively, and full of options. Whether you’re shopping, dining, doing tastings, or checking out attractions, there’s plenty to keep you busy. If you’re staying near the Opry area and have time to spare, it’s definitely worth visiting.
