We visited the Plaza Premium Lounge at Queen Alia International Airport twice, on our way to and from Saudi Arabia, and both visits were outstanding.
From the moment we walked in, Ghassan (the supervisor) and his entire staff treated us like royalty. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever being intrusive. The food was served warm and was delicious, and the restrooms were spotless every time we used them.
What truly impressed us: on our return leg, the team remembered us. Given how many travelers pass through this lounge every day, that says a lot about the care and attention this staff brings to their work.
Jordan is known for its hospitality, and this lounge represents the country beautifully. I'm not sure when I'll be back in Jordan, but when I return, I'll be sure to spend some time here.
Highly recommended, and a sincere thank you to Ghassan and the team!
