We had an excellent experience at the Plaza Premium Lounge at Amman Airport. From the moment we arrived, Ghassan at the reception desk welcomed us with exceptional courtesy and professionalism. He was incredibly patient, helpful, and genuinely committed to finding the right access option for us. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was clear and convenient.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Adel, who was taking care of the food area. He is young, but his level of kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help was truly impressive. His positive attitude and genuine care made a noticeable difference in our experience.
I also want to recognize the rest of the team. Everyone we interacted with was courteous, professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It is clear that the entire team takes pride in providing a high level of service.
