点评：Me and my wife experienced the guided hiking onto the Lion Mountain. The guide Joel was kind and caring indeed. The view was amazing!
The tour should not be done, if one is scared of dogs. The are three dogs waiting at the entry of the trial in order to accompany the tour. Sometimes they are running in between your own legs which can be irritating at steep sections. Before starting, there was a massive rain storm. There was a second one few minutes into the hike. Reflecting now after finishing the hike, it should have been cancelled due to the weather in my opinion. The track is challenging indeed, nothing for inexperienced alpinists. Me and my wife bring experience indeed and also did some hikes under tropical conditions like those - but SAFETY FIRST!
Also it should get mentioned, to bring mosquito protection to the hike as well as the right equipment (proper hiking shoes e.g.). Me and my wife put mosquito protection on but it was washed away by the rain. The humid tropical forest brought out tons and tons of mosquitos.
