点评：Watch out!! Do not book with Tour by Foot S Luis or Klaus!!
We booked 2 months prior to the trip. 2 days prior, Klaud asked to start the tour earlier. He couldn't because of the flight. Klaus said it was ok.
On the day, about 50min into the tour, Klaud said that we would go to the market, where the tour would end. To our surprise, 20min later, he simply "informed" us that the tour was over. We said that we had paid - a lot - for 2h30, not 1h15. Unapologetic, he simply said that he had another tour. The arguments started. Employees from the Tourism Office joined. Police were called. Klaus called his boss (the operator Tour by Foot) and it was clear that the scheme was a joint effort. Eventually, Klaus refunded half of the money. He had no choice since police were involved.
Amazingly, I saw another complaint about him in Get Your Guide (from June) with exactly the same modus operandi. It's clear that Tour by Foot and Klaus systematically rip tourists off. Being foreigners, most don't react and he keeps doing it: cashing in for 2 tours but only giving 1.
This is a crime and an absolute shame to such a beautiful country!
