点评：I'm from Australia and recently went to Toledo as the last stop on a month long Europe trip. I did my research beforehand and saw that Mariano Zamorano are the best for real authentic swords. I made it my dream to visit there one day and purchase a real sword. I went in to the shop and the shopkeeper was extremely friendly and polite, I purchased an already made sword that was gorgeous, and she assured me that it would be shipped the following week, most likely arriving before Christmas and that I would be sent shipping details. I was so happy.
However, I have received no follow up or response, I have emailed them twice now, sent messages on Instagram and even attempted to call the phone number on Google during opening hours and no response. I feel like I've just wasted $1000 AUD down the drain and am so disappointed, I held the sword in my hands and wanted to call it my own. I heard nothing but amazing reviews online for this place but I feel like I've been let down by the lack of contact/response. I would hate to think this place just took my money and that's it, but at this stage, with no response, I have no other option.
