Absolutely horrible, do not try

点评：Absolutely horrendous.
We were treated with complete disrespect from the get go.
We arrived to the company, taking an suv. We had a lot of luggage, and we had a roof storage carrier for the ones that couldn’t fit in the trunk. We researched that ahead of time and made sure it is in fact legal in Greece, however when we arrived we were met with yelling, and threats, and absolute humiliation.
Even if the company policy forbids it, we were willing to negotiate other options, but the workers were extremely hard headed, yelling and speaking to us like we were stupid.
The worst part of it all was the disgusting way in which they talked to my mother. Yelling at her, threatening her, not willing to listen or do anything for us other than cancel our reservation. At this point we were at the company with seven suitcases and no other options and the workers showed no sign of sympathy or a willingness to to help.
Thankfully we managed to figure it out, but I strongly advise anyone reading this to steer away from this company completely, due to their absolute lack of customer service. It was disgusting, and humiliating, and a terrible start to our trip and I would love if I can prevent any other tourist from going through the same experience by going to this company. Steer clear, there are enough companies to choose from.
