点评：A year ago, I was skeptical when my husband suggested Marinduque for our family’s vacation. I remember asking, “What’s in Marinduque?” But after doing some research, I stumbled upon a post about Panuluyan—and my curiosity was instantly piqued. What was supposed to be a short 3-day, 2-night trip turned into a 5-day, 4-night adventure, with half of our stay spent at Panuluyan. And I’m so glad it did.
Our time at Panuluyan was truly memorable. We joined family-friendly workshops like the abaca weaving with the Babaenihan and the Seed-to-Sip experience, which gave us the chance to learn, create, and bond together. As a parent, I value family time deeply—especially since our regular days are often consumed by school and work. At Panuluyan, evenings were filled with laughter over simple games like "UNO", which became surprisingly exciting in that cozy setting.
The workshops weren’t just fun; they were meaningful. My kids learned about the importance of community programs that help locals thrive and flourish in their hometown. It was eye-opening for them, and heartwarming for us as parents to see them gain both joy and awareness.
Most of all, what made our stay unforgettable were the people. Everyone we met was genuinely kind, unpretentious, and welcoming. Their simplicity and warmth made us fall in love not only with Panuluyan, but with Marinduque itself.
