Red Cedar State Trail的点评
点评：The trail was beautiful! It’s hard packed dirt. Easy, flat riding along the Red Cedar river. Very peaceful.
High praise for the trail itself, not so much for the lady at the visitor center. She tried to sell us a season pass for $25 each. A day pass is $5 each. We were visiting from out of state so did not need the season pass. She proceeded to give us a 10 min lecture on how bad the former governor, Scott Walker, was. (Apparently he cut some funding, but I’m not quite sure as she never got to her point). She also mentioned that he is a friend of the current administration. As a result, we should buy the season pass to support the trail. I was a visitor to the state of Wisconsin. I really didn’t care or want to know the political viewpoints of this lady. My husband and I were in the area for the day to enjoy a nice bike ride. The political lecture was not necessary.
