点评：Worst of the worst!! DO NOT RENT HERE!
We rented a Toyota Landcruiser for a three week trip through Namibia and Botswana. On our first day we noticed already that the vehicle was spontaneously locking itself randomly. What we didn't know, was that this was already an indication that this vehicle had faulty wiring..
On day two, about 20 minutes into Etosha NP we suddenly smelled burned rubber. Two minutes later a loud explosion sounded and smoke entered the cabin and came from the engine compartment. Vehicle was on fire! The tiny fire extinguisher was no match and despite all our efforts and the fact that I used all our water (it was 40 celsius outside); the vehicle burned to ashes leaving us stranded in open Wilderness!
Namib Roos offered us a replacement vehicle, but we lost about one third of our stuff, so continuing this trip was not an option! On top of that I had ZERO confidence in their vehicles anymore after this?!
They have refused to refund us to this day. Claiming that the vehicle had all its inspections and certificates.
