Can't control the weather but Academy Sailing worked around it extremely well

点评：A great experience on the coastal skipper course overall: it was challenging but not excessively so. Hayley's way of teaching can include putting you on the spot which I feel is good preparation for when you face tough decisions as skipper later.
The weather was somewhat adverse, especially on day three of what was planned to be six days: up to force 7 winds made for a very difficult marina entry into Brighton and meant the course had to be cut short. This was done in full consultation with the crew, with clear explanations and an option to complete the course at a later date given. I was even happier being part of the boat delivery crew to Lymington following a day off in Brighton!
The food was great, the boat was comfortable and seems to be in very good shape, certainly compared to many other school boats I've seen.
