The Hook Experiences的点评
点评：Our group of 8 friends went on the “Sea Safari” Tour with The Hook Experiences 2 days ago. We had THE BEST tour!!!
From planning and booking, communication was quick and thorough. Our check in was well organized, and we got out on the water quickly. We had Julio as our Captain and Carla as our Guide, both were excellent.
We swam with a group of Sea Lions; spent time at a very nice reef; tried 3x to swim with dolphins (the dolphins were shy); swam with a school of Mobula Rays (100’s of them!); and the BEST part…whales!!! We sat for 20 minutes and watched a male and female humpback “show off” for each other! It was like a nonstop circus act, with breaching multiple times each, tail slapping over and over, rolling and pectoral fin slapping…it was continuous, and SO amazing!
We had a delicious lunch on the beach in a gorgeous, crystal clear bay. And then, guess what? More whales!!! Julio got a radio call that more whales were spotted, so we jumped in the boat and headed toward them. This time it was a mother and juvenile humpback. Mom was apparently giving breaching lessons, because again, it was mom then baby, then mom, then baby…what a treat! Even Carla and Julio said it was the best they’d ever seen! I attribute it to the network of spotters and other captains, because Julio was getting the locations, and he knew exactly where to go each time. We were one of only 2-3 boats that got to see the whales!
Also, I want to mention how kind Carla was to one member of our group who became ill. Carla took care of her with a professional touch, making her feel as comfortable as possible. Carla continued to check in with the friend the entire time. She is wonderful!!
The whole Team at The Hook Experiences is 5⭐️!!! Not one thing on their end could have been any better!

我们在一处美丽清澈的海湾的沙滩上享用了美味的午餐。然后，你猜怎么着？又有鲸鱼了！！！胡里奥接到无线电报告说发现了更多鲸鱼，于是我们跳上船，朝着它们驶去。这次是一头母鲸和一头幼鲸。鲸妈妈显然在教我们跃出水面，因为又是母鲸，然后是鲸宝宝，然后是母鲸，然后是鲸宝宝……真是太棒了！就连卡拉和胡里奥都说这是他们见过的最棒的鲸鱼！这要归功于观察员和其他船长，因为胡里奥掌握了鲸鱼的位置，而且他每次都知道该去哪里。我们是仅有的两三艘能看到鲸鱼的船之一！
另外，我想说一下卡拉对我们团队中一位生病的朋友非常友善。卡拉以专业的服务照顾她，让她感觉尽可能舒适。卡拉一直和这位朋友保持联系。她太棒了！！
