点评：his is a great, family-friendly activity. However, you should definitely plan to arrive more like 45 minutes early. The line was long to boars the train and if you have a large group, you are out of luck in seating as it is first come, first served. The website tells you to book your ticket online and print the tickets; however, those tickets are not accepted in line to board the train (which they do not say anywhere). You’ll have to go inside the station to collect your physical printed tickets. Additionally, the hour ride is deceptive as the train stops for 15-20 minutes in Silver Plume for a bathroom/gift shop stop and then again to let people off and on at the mine. The actual train ride is more like 30-40min. Was definitely disappointed to find this out once we got underway. It’s still a beautiful and fun ride but the information on the site is a bit misleading.
