点评:Always try to support local cafes, but on this occasion I feel compelled to review. Visited on mothering Sunday for small bite to eat. Few points to highlight..
1. 2 x sandwiches 1 x pot of tea for 2 and a croissant cost £30 😮, not good value for money..tuna roll two halves of a roll thin layer of paste, few leaves and chips next to it. Chicken pesto sandwich, bread so dry could only eat the middle, plate dressed the same.
A few hours after leaving felt unwell and became ill, had only eaten the chicken sandwich that day.
Today contacted them just to feedback not expecting what we got back...on raising concerns with the owner who rudely continued serving customers whilst trying to talk to us..then replied say none of the staff have been ill to then hanging up. Second attempt spoke to other owner equally rude from outset not interested in feedback or apologising just defensive arrogance. If you can't take feedback and learn from this you will lose customers and gain poor reputation. Needless to say we wont be back, which im sure your pleased about too...such a shame as lovely garden centre and shop just poor management, your never too big to take feedback!. I would add the lady who actually served us on Sunday was lovely so this is not a reflection on her.

今天联系了他们,只是想反馈一下,没想到会得到这样的回复……我跟老板反映情况,他却粗鲁地继续服务其他顾客,根本没理会我们……然后回复说没有员工生病,就挂断了电话。第二次联系是跟另一位老板,他从一开始就态度恶劣,对反馈或道歉毫无兴趣,只是摆出一副傲慢的姿态。如果你不能接受反馈并从中吸取教训,你就会失去顾客,声誉也会受损。不用说,我们不会再来了,我相信你也乐见其成……真是太可惜了,这么好的花园中心和商店,只是管理太差劲了。无论规模多大,都不应该忽视反馈!另外,周日接待我们的那位女士人很好,所以这并非针对她。
