Two receptionists were sitting down and another two or three just stood behind them doing nothing, weird.
I was told to scan QR code to do “pre check in” when I was in fact physically at reception! I told the woman it was not “pre” check-in as I’m at the hotel standing in front of her, but she insisted that I should scan the stupid QR code! What’s the point in having 4 or 5 receptionists when the actual paying customers have to do everything by themselves?
She then charged me two lots of money but I still had to wait until check-out to have the invoice. What a waste of my precious time!
Car park very dark and uneven ground, pooling of water and pot holes, very dangerous.

Asked for coffee and milk but was given tea and coffee.
