Terrible experience, incredibly rude
Tucan's Bike的点评
点评：I really don't like writing negative comments but the truth gives me no alternative, sadly.
First visit, waited ages behind a family in front whilst the owner ignored us all whilst having an extremely unimportant call on his mobile (my wife's first language is Spanish). The family in front got bored and walked off and we followed shortly after.
Decided to give them another chance 2 days later. I only managed to get just a few words out, when the owner waved his hand at a sign with prices, stating curtly, there's the prices! (which wasn't what I was going to ask about) before abruptly walking off.
Decided to go to an alternative bike hire place just 400m away, they were very polite and helpful, cheaper, no deposit and as a bonus spoke perfect English and Spanish!
Obviously, I would recommend using the alternative and recommend not using Tucan.

于是我决定去另一家离这里只有400米的自行车租赁店，那里的工作人员非常礼貌热情，价格更便宜，不用押金，而且他们英语和西班牙语都说得非常流利！
显然，我推荐大家去那家店，千万别去Tucan。
