点评：Extremely disappointing experience for what was meant to be a special 30th birthday treat.
I paid for both myself and my friend to enjoy hot stones massages as part of my birthday celebration, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst massage experience I have ever had. We both clearly stated on our consultation forms that we wanted light pressure, which what we recieved was far from light. Most concerning was that both of us were left with visible scratch marks afterwards. For a professional hot stones massage, there should not have been any scratching at all.
Following my complaint, and after having to repeatedly push for a refund of the massages, I was only offered a refund for one massage, while the alternative for the other was another free massage. This resolution was disappointing, as I had already explained that due to personal circumstances, returning for another appointment would be very difficult for both me and my friend.
I have also had to chase for updates and am still awaiting my refund, along with confirmation that it is actually being processed and we are now two weeks on from the event. I’m therefore wondering whether I will ever see this refund.
Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience for what was supposed to be a memorable birthday treat and I would not recommend to anyone.
