点评：The Toy Museum Basel is an absolute joy and one of the most rewarding family experiences we’ve had.
We spent around two hours inside, and it passed beautifully without ever feeling rushed or repetitive. The museum offers excellent value for money, with a carefully curated collection that is both fascinating and emotionally engaging.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff are genuinely supportive, and practical details like clean, easily accessible toilets are well taken care of. Crowd levels were ideal—giving the experience an almost personal, immersive feel.
For children, it’s magical. For adults, it’s deeply nostalgic. The museum captures a time when toys were not mass-produced distractions but carefully designed keepsakes, made to last and to be loved.
We left with wonderful memories and photos—and a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship on display. Simply wonderful. A must-visit for families in Basel.
