点评:If you come to Faroe Islands and you have an excess time or absolutely want to do something "non nature related" then this is a great distraction - otherwise it's just a very young distillery, especially when it comes to whiskey it's still in baby stages without an actual whiskey available to taste or sale yet - which was somewhat disappointing considering we chose the "special Thursday whiskey" extra tour that is offered only once a week, and adjusted our schedule based on this single day availability - upon finding out that no whiskey can be tasted we politely requested the extra tour to be cancelled and refunded, for which the distillery accommodated without a problem so it was nice on their end for sure.
As to the non-whiskey part, it was educational, included some part of local culture/folklore, marketing behind the vodka was super interesting and cool - products tasted plenty of flavor but simply not my part considering I care for whisky/whiskey or rum :) still as always it's nice to try something locally made - though it is very pricey for about $50 USD per person, one could say as everything in Faroe Islands... you get to sample 4 things 1x gin, 2x akavit and 1x vodka
