Misleading and not fair to parents

点评：I have to put 1 star to make a statement here.
Don't get me wrong, the park is really nice for kids. There is a wide range of activities and my 5 year old daughter enjoyed it. The staff is mostly nice and helpful.
Why the one star ? The parent have to pay close to RM70 and are allowed to do absolutely NOTHING except standing and spending more money. As a parent, you will be told "please wait outside we teach the kids to be independant". Well why do I have to pay so much then ? Nobody tells you this before you pay and enter.
Moreover, you are encouraged to buy a passport for a further 45rm for your child. Except if you come here regulary, don't fall for it, it only gives a small discount on fake money the kids can earn by working in the stations.
In addition, the prices on the website are not updated and are misleading.
So good place put please KidZania :
1. Don't charge the parents so much for nothing. Increase kids fee if you really need the money.
2. Be TRANSPARENT : say clearly that the parent cannot come in and will be expected to wait outside or simply allow the parent in if the place allows !
3. Update the prices on your website. With the price you charge, I am sure you have budget for someone to change it.
