点评：Great experience with this company after Ecuador Hop cancelled another trip and tried to substitute an inferior tour.
Quilatoa - Great experience with Diana the guide and Jimmy the driver. Very friendly and accommodating to the different hiking pace for each member of the group. Diana was good at explaining things. Smooth pickup from the hotel and they dropped me off elsewhere so I could get some late day sightseeing in. Lunch spot was ok. Morning spot was nice as a rest stop but the stop was a bit lengthy. Overall a great experience, and unlike Ecuador Hop, they guarantee their tours. (Ecuador Hop may substitute Quito Tour Bus trips anyways)
Cotopaxi - Great experience with Irene and guide and Mauricio the driver. Again, very accommodating to different groups and great explanations at the stops leading up. Lunch spot was also ok. Pickup and dropoff was also smooth, and again they were flexible on dropoff.
I didn’t do this, and wish I had, but you can easily customize multiple stops and days of tours while still getting shared tours. A few others in my group did this and were very happy. This allows you to fit in more in a shorter period of time.
Great experience overall, and great communication with Grace from the office as well over WhatsApp. To get the best prices, I found booking through the web site and using the 5% off code to be best. Much better than Ecuador Hop (who may cancel randomly even after confirming), and slightly better than El Day Tour as well.
