点评：The agency is not reliable . They switched from accepting credit card to cash/Zelle after charging my credit card the initial payment of $1400 for ticket. Also I was supposed to get a superior room in the entire tour but, according to supervisor ( Ricardo De Groz) in SANA hotel in Lisbon, my room was exactly like the others. The hotel location and the quality was far from what we were told by Amiri and the condition and service was terrible. The tour itself( Portugal/ Spain) was also not as it it was described. We were almost 3 days on the bus(sometimes as long as 8-9 hrs( which they could use train for 2-3 hrs instead ).The worst part of the bus riding other than tiredness was that there was no road sightseeing other than desert and some olive trees. The tour leader was from a different country. So Amiri could save couple hundred dollars more. Although he was kind and nice but, the way he handled very flexible on the late people and wasted other people time in the tour. Like waiting up to 20 min for behind and delayed people at the cost of the other people time. Plus he didn’t have all the ability of a leader, like fluent English. The promised food was good except those 2 lunches which were in the cheapest available restaurant ( not good at all).The last night dinner was very good but, again Amiri wanted to save money , we had to walk under cold , windy and rainy ( 55 F)weather about 15 min going to and coming back from the restaurant between 8:30 to 11 pm( some people had to go to the airport at 3 am).The Flights had its own problem too. I was 22 hrs in flights and lay over for an actual of9 hrs flight from Madrid to LAX b/c while Amiri is more expensive in comparison to the the tours, they got us the cheapest and longest flights. Some people were writing a complaint letter on the tour and gathering signatures for it.

千万别这么做。绝对不推荐。那是我第一次也是最后一次尝试。
