Excellent food and outstanding customer service

点评：I bought some rump steak from the Farm Shop at Ben's Yard and whilst it looked lovely, it was tasteless and I was very disappointed and left a bad review. I received a call from Anthony who apologised and offered to replace it. Sure enough when I went back a few days later not only did he replace the steak with some sirloin he also gave me some vegetables. I have to say the replacement was delicious and I could not have been happier. I also bought some large lamb chops which were beautiful and thanks to this excellent customer service I have been completely turned around and will be going back soon.
In a day and age when we are encourage to review every purchase that we make it is encouraging to see, that in this case at least. the process provided the retailer the opportunity to make amends which the did going over and above what I expected or could even be expected to be reasonable.
