点评:We did a 2-night / 3-day trip (1 night at a camp and 1 night on a floating bungalow).
First things first: the nature is absolutely unreal. One of the most beautiful places we’ve ever seen. If the company ran as well as the lake looks, this would be a 6-star review.
Unfortunately… it didn’t.
The organization from the company was honestly all over the place. When we arrived, things already started a bit chaotic. Not the end of the world, but definitely a sign of what was to come.
On Day 1, they completely forgot to pick us up. We waited, wondered, prayed to the tree spirits — nothing. Only when we contacted them did they mention a “car problem,” which later turned into “oh, we actually just forgot about you.” Happens, sure… but we didn’t even get a real apology or any kind of compensation.
Day 2, schedule changed again for no reason. We were rushed out of our beautiful resort early in the morning (goodbye, relaxation), only to then wait almost 45 minutes at the pier. If waiting was an activity, we would’ve gotten a certificate.
We also got handed the same national park tickets twice — once by one staff member, then again the next day — which just showed the lack of communication between the team.
Now the good part: the guides.
Both guides were great, but Pim was on another level. She took amazing care of us, stayed patient through the chaos, explained everything, and genuinely made the trip worth it. Honestly, she deserves a raise… or two. Without her, this review would’ve been way shorter and way saltier.
Conclusion:
The lake = breathtaking.
The guides = wonderful.
The company’s organization = needs urgent upgrading.
If they fix the communication and actually acknowledge mistakes, this could easily be a perfect experience.

现在说说好的方面:导游。
两位导游都很棒,但Pim简直是另一个级别的。她对我们照顾得无微不至,在混乱中始终保持耐心,耐心讲解一切,让这次旅行物超所值。说真的,她应该加薪……甚至两倍。如果没有她,这篇评论会短得多,也更让人失望。
结论:
湖泊景色美得令人窒息。
导游很棒。
公司组织管理亟待改进。
如果他们能改善沟通,并真正承认错误,这本来可以成为一次完美的体验。
