点评：We booked this last minute for me and my family of six. While the price was reduced from $100 to $80 per person, the experience overall was disappointing.
The jet skis were actually great — they have about six available — but everything else felt extremely overbooked and unorganized. Activities were oversold, and we were unable to snorkel at all, which was one of the main reasons we booked.
There were no real snacks provided, only chips and water mixed with vodka, which wasn’t ideal, especially for a family trip. The biggest issue was the lack of organization. It took nearly two hours just to get onto a boat, and to make matters worse, it wasn’t even the same boat that dropped us off that took us back to the port.
Overall, the staff seemed overwhelmed, communication was poor, and the experience did not flow smoothly. This could be much better with better organization, clearer scheduling, and limits on how many people are booked at once.
