点评：We recently booked a 5-day tour in Jordan with Anas, only to discover by airport police checkpoint that Anas operating illegally as a tour driver without a tour agency license. The next day, Anas met us at our hotel and assigned a new driver, Ahmad, claiming he had personal family matters. Although Ahmad was polite, we were unhappy about the sudden change.
However, things took a turn for the worse when Anas was spotted at a local souvenir shop, his driver was telling us to go to this shop; we know that he want us to buy and to make a purchase so that he can earn a commission.
To our shock, inside this souvenir shop, we saw Anas with another group (trying to make a sale purchase for his own commission), we found that he is driving another group of tourists, revealing that he had lied about his personal family matters.
The final straw came when our driver, Ahmad, was stopped at a police checkpoint on the way to Petra and could not provide the necessary paperwork (OMG not again). We wasted 40 minutes resolving the issue, and the police issued a ticket to Ahmad. It turned out that driving tourists without a tour agency license is illegal in Jordan, and Ahmad admitted to working with Anas illegally for almost two years.
We strongly advise against using Anas' services. There are better options available. Anas' behavior was unprofessional, rude, and exploitative.
