点评：I found Kristie and Great Expectation Transport through glowing reviews on TripAdvisor and a Florida college parents Facebook group and I’m so glad I did! My teenage daughter, who had never traveled alone before, was flying into Jacksonville Airport early in the morning to attend a family event about an hour away. Naturally, I was a bit anxious about her navigating this on her own.
Kristie completely understood my concerns and was incredibly thoughtful and professional from the start. She communicated directly with my daughter beforehand, introducing herself, clearly explaining where they’d meet, and making sure she felt comfortable with the plan.
When my daughter’s flight was delayed over an hour due to weather, Kristie stayed in constant contact with both of us, reassuring us that she would wait and she did. During the drive, she was friendly and engaging, helping my daughter feel completely at ease.
I truly can't thank Kristie enough for her kindness, reliability, and professionalism. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Kristie and Great Expectation Transport for any transportation needs!
