I want to firstly say considering "everything" that happened on the day I thought my initial review was fair as in I didn't write terrible things about this company.
Just a cautionary take on our experience for my fellow travellers out there, that like myself, use these "honest" reviews to make a considered choice on where to spend our hard earned money.
My view usually is everyone has an "off day" and I wouldn't want to damage somebody's livelihood based on that.
HOWEVER yesterday I was contacted via WhatsApp by somebody called Zaid.
And everyone (including TripAdvisor) need to know this!!!!
Firstly he asked me to confirm the review was from me. Once I had done this he offered me a 25% refund IF I took down my review.
So ask yourself before booking....How Many Bad Reviews have been deleted from this company's review page based on them "paying off" unsatisfied customers.
I did not respond to his "offer" as I felt it to be immoral and to be fair it was a terrible experience from start to end. I chose to just ignore what I considered to be poor judgement on his behalf.
But this evening he has now deleted the "offer" message off the WhatsApp contact. Presumably to cover his tracks and so I have no proof that his company does this.
So sorry Zaid your actions have prompted me not to delete my review but to post this second updated review.
