We had already paid for the tickets in advance. However, when I went to pay for the drinks, the tickets were charged again. At first, I didn’t notice this, so I just paid. All four employees behind the counter said they couldn’t give cash back and couldn’t process a refund via card either, as this was not according to protocol. Very strange! They told me I had to send an email about it and wrote down what had happened on a piece of paper, including signatures, which I could attach to my email, and then it would be resolved. However, after a month and several emails, I still haven’t heard anything back. So, I am still owed €100.
