点评:Im really disappointed to say that our experience wasn’t what we had hoped for, especially after spending £75 and choosing this as the most magical event of the year for our children. We carefully selected Chessington garden centre over other places and now hugely regret trusting them with the most important experience of the year. However the customer service handling my complaint has been extremely poor.
Several things were missing or not working during our visit — the stamps on the tickets weren’t done, no reindeer and a mechanical singing reindeer weren’t working, and overall the experience didn’t feel complete. On top of that, the issue with our photo not being taken with Father Christmas especially being that was the main feature my complaint wasn’t handled for over a week, and the only resolution offered was either a £10 refund or travelling an hour back just to retake the photo no offer to re do the experience as they are full. After the children’s first experience and the cost and time involved, that simply isn’t reasonable.
It’s such a shame because we were really looking forward to this, but the customer service and overall organisation have left us feeling let down. I hope improvements are made for future families who visit but overall I wouldn’t re commend choosing them.
