Incredible Birthday Experience 🦕🤩

点评：I booked a birthday party package online for my twins 8th birthday which was today. I actually can't recommend this package enough, to say they exceeded our expectations is an understatement! The online booking experience was extremely straightforward and very user friendly. We arrived this morning at our chosen time which was 11am. We were greeted at the gate and then introduced to Magda the manager who was super friendly and extremely professional. She kindly offered to store our birthday cake for us and then showed us to our reserved party area which was super cute. The table was all set for us along with plenty of refreshments which was a lovely surprise. Magda explained everything to us and gave us a plan for the party which was brilliant. She then told us we would have a dedicated member of the team with us throughout our stay there. We thought this was an excellent touch and really highlighted the incredible level of service being offered in the park. Magda also organised a lovely freshly brewed coffee for us which was greatly appreciated. Leah was our guide and she was absolutely incredible, nothing was too much trouble and she was brilliant with the kids. Actially, we all commented on how fantastic she was and the kids all loved her. Leah took such great care of us all day and made sure the kids enjoyed every aspect of the park. She brought us slushy drinks and then the food at the arranged time which was really good, fresh and very tasty. Bounce, the train, dino shows, rides and face painting etc are all included in the package which makes it exceptional value. My friends also commented on the value for money aspect adding that it was one of the best kids parties they had ever been to. Overall, this was an exceptional experience 👏 My son asked me if we can book again for his 9th birthday....I think that says it all. I 💯 recommend the birthday package, it is a 5 star package without a shadow of a doubt. Keep up the fantastic work and see you all soon!
