点评：Took a four hour adventure down the Zumbro River on a Paddle Board with Shannon as my guide in her kayak. What a wonderful time observing all kinds of wildlife in their natural setting. Along the banks we saw a family of racoons, and a few turkeys, along with some white tail deer. On the water we met a family of geese with at least 6 hatchlings and a pair of mallard ducks. Down below, the water teemed with bass, carp and some rather large brook trout. Although mostly shallow the water in some places ran swiftly and challenged my paddle boarding skills. The water was cool and refreshing. I won't admit how I found out. However, this would be a fun activity for the entire family either by kayak or by paddle board. If and when I get a chance to do it again I would pack a lunch and have a picnic of one of the many sand bars in the river and just enjoy the sound of nature. Thanks Duane and Shannon for a very memorable experience.
