点评:I can see why others might have had mixed experiences with this place. However, I think this beach at the top floor of a shopping mall inside a tent structure is worth a visit (for your amusement/fun). Very unique. I read in the New York Times that the sand is imported from Maldives.
For those with limited time or don’t want to stay a full day, just ask to go to the restaurant. The fee for that as of June 2022 was 1500 tenge, and you can buy some light refreshments (or a full meal) and hang out around the beach. No need to go to the changing rooms. The ice cream and drink I got were pretty good!
Okay, I did get asked to leave after ~1 hour, but that’s okay. Did get to lounge around and dip my feet in the waters before that. And they didn’t forcibly remove me (I said I would leave after finishing with important things on my phone :)).
It would be great if they had half day or other options for people who actually want to swim. Of course, you wouldn’t need to go to a tent-shaped shopping mall if you really just want to swim. :)
