Beautiful Setting, staff unwelcoming

点评：Coming from Canada and Vietnam we were looking forward to visiting this secluded winery in Texas, but were very disappointed.
The setting is very peaceful and beautiful. But we found this beauty is skin deep.
We ventured first into the office where the staff appeared surprised and upset with our presence. I asked if there was a tour around the facilities and she relied that she would check “to see into anyone has time” but never reverted.
The tasting room staff were similarly unwelcoming, seemed fixated on selling us 25 dollar multi-glass samples, which doesn’t work if you are driving. We wanted to taste and buy a bottle or two.
No one ever explained to us what type of grapes or wine they are producing here.
The free samples came in unappealing tiny plastic cups that left me with no desire to pick up a bottle in memory of our trip here which I think we certainly would have done if we had been received warmly with kind hospitality.
The small snacks we ordered were expensive and inedible.
Are they trying to sell wine here?
