点评:We took the red bus to the last stop using our suica card. We had a wonderful surprise that our intended lunch place Mizuno Kaze ( soba and tempura) is just next to the bus stop. One can take a reservation number at the machine at the entrance.
After lunch we crossed the road to reach Oishi Park. We bought very tasty organic strawberries from a stall just across the road. Oishi Park is lovely because numerous flowering plants are grown there. We were surprised to see the blue Nemophila. We could not see Mt Fuji that day as it was cloudy but it also meant our walk along Lake Kawaguchiko to admire the blooming cherry blossom was very pleasant. There is a big board with the names of all the different flowers which is most useful.
We continued exploring Lake Kawaguchiko by taking the bus to stop number 17.
