Slightly disapointing!
The Scarborough Fair Collection的点评
点评：Where do I start with this beautiful place!
I loved the rides, it was a really emotional visit for me to see rides that I went on as a child, I had wanted to visit for years, credit should be given to the work that obviously goes into keeping this going!
However I would not be honest if I didnt highlight and point out some real disapointment in some area's.
The biggest issue being that you need cash to go on the rides, 1.00 per ride, there is no mention of this and probably I should have realised but no one tells you, people where asking how to pay , you then have to go back to the entrance where you have to buy a recommended packet of fruit pastilles to then get cash back to then go back in an pay for a ride! Why you can't just buy tokens when you go in I dont know, Im sure more people would be encouraged and spend more money! It really put me off.
I found the guys in there not very chatty, all stood round chatting together in little groups as they went round opening and closing rides, no hello's or asking if they could help, just like a boys club, it was quite off putting and I felt quite awkward wandering around.
I loved the old organs and I get they were playing but the music on the rides even the small kids rides didnt reflect the era, at one point Queen was blasting out, I expected some 60s/70s music.
Facilities were great, cafe was lovley and the ladies in there were really friendly.
I just feel that there missing a trick, just needs a bit more thought in my opinion, it could be so much better, but Im glad I visited and other people there seemed to be enjoying!

我很喜欢那些老式管风琴，我知道它们在演奏，但是游乐设施上的音乐，即使是儿童游乐设施上的音乐，也跟那个年代的风格不符。有一次居然放起了皇后乐队的歌，我本来期待的是六七十年代的音乐。
设施很棒，咖啡馆很漂亮，里面的女士们也很友好。
我觉得他们好像错过了什么，需要多花点心思，在我看来，这里本来可以做得更好。不过我很高兴自己去了，而且看起来其他人玩得很开心！
