Raby Castle, Park And Gardens的点评
点评：We had an absolutely fantastic day at Raby Castle and I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough.
From start to finish, it was a mega family day out and represented really good value for money. The whole place was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful.
The castle itself is spectacular! You can really appreciate the amount of care, love and expertise that has gone into restoring and preserving the building while retaining its incredible character and history. Walking through the rooms, corridors, kitchens and defensive areas, you don’t just feel like you’re looking at a historic building — you get a real sense of how the castle has evolved over hundreds of years.
A particular highlight was the knowledge of the people helping visitors around the castle. Their enthusiasm, expertise and willingness to explain the history really brought the place to life. It made the visit so much more interesting, particularly for my daughter, and you could tell that these weren’t people simply reciting a script — they genuinely knew and cared about the history.
The grounds were beautiful too, and there was plenty to explore. My daughter had a fantastic time, while there was more than enough for the adults to enjoy as well. It’s a really nice balance between something educational, something historic and simply having a brilliant day together.
We also had lunch at The Vinery, which was another highlight. The food was excellent, the setting was lovely and the whole experience fitted perfectly with the rest of the day. If they have the sun-blushed tomato, feta and spinach frittata on, trust me, and get some! Just beautiful.
What really stood out was how much there was to see and do without the feeling that you were constantly being asked to spend more money. For the overall experience, we thought it was excellent value.
Raby Castle is clearly somewhere that has been lovingly cared for, and that comes across everywhere you go. It’s a fantastic place to spend a day, and I’d particularly recommend it to families with children.
We absolutely loved it and will definitely be coming back.

园内的环境也十分优美，有好多地方可以探索。我的女儿玩得乐不可支，而成人也同样能在这里找到不少乐趣。这真是一种绝妙的平衡——既有教育意义，又富有历史内涵，还能让大家共度一段美好的时光。
我们还在The Vinery用午餐，那也是当天的另一大亮点。食物美味极了，环境也十分宜人，整个体验与当天的其他活动完美契合。如果他们供应那种用晒过太阳的番茄、菲达奶酪和菠菜制作的煎蛋饼，相信我，一定要点一份！真的太好吃了。真正让人印象深刻的是：有那么多可看可玩的内容，却又不会让人有那种不断被要求掏钱的压迫感。就整体体验而言，我们认为性价比极高。
拉比城堡显然是一个倍受精心呵护的地方，这一点从各个角落都能感受到。这里是度过一天的绝佳去处，我特别推荐给带孩子的家庭。
我们非常喜欢这里，日后一定还会再来。
