We visited on the second day of our holiday on a rainy day and it was very busy. Even so, the staff were lovely, very informative and patient. They are always on hand if you wish to ask questions and will often point out little details you may have missed. There is a mini-beast section which offers a twice daily opportunity for the kids (and adults 😫) a chance to handle unusual creatures you would not normally come across, all under the expert guidance of Ryan. There is a further opportunity for the kids (and adults 😀) to feed the coy carp with ingenious feeders on sticks, which is a great experience. You can return once any time within 7 days, and we took advantage of this on a far sunnier day where we were pleased to find the butterflies much livelier and out in force. The staff were again lovely and very helpful. It's definitely a must visit whilst on the island 😊.
