点评：I recently completed a 20 day trip in Sri Lanka with a private driver and guide, travelling as a Family with my wife, a 3 and 5 year old. Before the trip, I spent quite a bit of time researching options through forums and TripAdvisor to find someone reliable and experienced, especially for families with children.
I chose Chathu Lanka after seeing a kind response and great reviews about Kasun online and from the very beginning Kasun was excellent to deal with. Communication was smooth via WhatsApp, he was professional, never pushy, which I really appreciated. He was also very accommodating when I needed to adjust our travel dates and split the trip to include a relaxing beach stay in the south.
Throughout the journey, Kasun ensured everything ran seamlessly. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and air conditioned, and he was always on time. He has a calm and careful driving style, which made us feel safe at all times, something very important on Sri Lankan roads.
What really stood out was his attitude and attention to detail. He was kind, patient, and flexible. He connected well with my kids and shared useful insights about the country, culture, and places we visited.
He went above and beyond on multiple occasions, whether it was helping us find good local food, getting better prices, or being available whenever we needed assistance.
Overall, he truly enhanced our experience in Sri Lanka more than we expected. If you are looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring driver and guide.
We can’t wait to come back to Sri Lanka and meet up with our new friend Kasun.
